Jin Kim is an Atlanta-based
lettering artist and illustrator.

Jin was born and raised in a small town in Ohio where her childhood memories are made up of strawberry donuts in the summer and catching crawdads in the creek.

After working as an Art Director in Birmingham, AL and Nashville, TN for 8 years, Jin left the branding agency life and started pursuing full-time freelance with a concentration in lettering and illustration on top of a strong backbone of design knowledge know-how. Say hey if you’re looking for custom lettering or illustration for special projects. She’s an expert in branding, too (all those years at branding agencies had to add to something!). So if your project requires some branding aspect, that’s a big plus.

Her more recent work have been used for Taylor Swift (as part of the ST8MNT team), The Washington Post, The Telegraph, Shake Shack, and American Greetings.

Jin spends her days with her husband, three year old, one year old identical triplets, and long-haired dachshund named Ollie. She likes to stay busy, as you can tell. Despite her hectic lifestyle, she is available for select projects and always down for making new friends. Reach out to her if you’re curious about her mbti or enjoy playing Zelda.
